The installation of a 30-meter CCTV Camera Tower begins with a detailed site survey to verify the tower location, soil conditions, and foundation layout. The site is marked according to the approved engineering drawings, followed by excavation for the RCC foundation. Reinforcement steel, foundation template, and high-strength anchor bolts are accurately positioned before pouring M25/M30 grade concrete. The foundation is then cured for the specified period to achieve the required strength. Once the foundation is ready, the tower sections are transported to the site and assembled. Using a suitable crane, the tower is carefully erected onto the foundation and secured to the anchor bolts. All galvanized high-tensile nuts and bolts are tightened to the recommended torque, and the tower is checked for proper vertical alignment and structural stability. After erection, the ladder, maintenance platform, camera mounting brackets, cable trays, aviation light (if required), and lightning protection system are installed. Electrical cables are routed through the designated cable management system, followed by earthing and electrical connections. Finally, the CCTV cameras and associated equipment are mounted, aligned, and tested to ensure optimal performance. A comprehensive inspection, safety check, and commissioning are carried out before the tower is handed over, ensuring reliable, safe, and long-lasting operation.
