Highmast Pole is manufactured using heavy duty high tensile structural steel with multi-section polygonal construction for maximum strength, stability and long service life. The pole is available in heights ranging from 12 Meter to 45 Meter with customized top and bottom diameters as per lighting design and project requirements. Pole thickness is generally manufactured from 3 mm to 8 mm or higher depending upon load carrying capacity and wind pressure specifications. The structure is specially engineered to withstand high wind velocity, vibration and extreme weather conditions, making it ideal for highways, stadiums, airports, ports, industrial areas, large parking zones, railway yards and smart city infrastructure projects. The pole is designed with high load bearing capacity to support multiple flood lights and heavy lighting fixtures safely. The pole is hot dip galvanized with minimum 65 to 100 micron zinc coating for superior corrosion resistance and complete rust proof protection for long term outdoor performance. Optional PU Paint or weather resistant coating is provided for enhanced durability and premium finish. Highmast poles are supplied with motorized lowering and raising system, stainless steel wire rope, winch mechanism, lantern carriage and aviation lamp arrangement for easy maintenance and safe operation. The pole is installed with heavy duty base plate, foundation bolts and RCC foundation design for maximum structural stability and safety.
