Signage Mast Pole is manufactured using high quality high tensile structural steel with heavy duty tubular or polygonal construction for superior strength, stability and long lasting performance. The pole is available in various heights and customized cantilever arm lengths as per signage size, road width and project requirements. Pole thickness is generally manufactured from 4 mm to 10 mm depending upon load carrying capacity, wind pressure and structural design standards. The structure is specially engineered to withstand high wind velocity, vibration and harsh outdoor environmental conditions, making it suitable for highways, expressways, commercial roads, industrial areas, smart city projects, airports and large directional signage applications. The pole is designed to safely support overhead sign boards, advertising panels, directional signs and traffic information systems. The pole is hot dip galvanized with minimum 65 to 100 micron zinc coating for excellent corrosion resistance and complete rust proof protection. Optional PU Paint or weather resistant coating is provided for enhanced durability and attractive appearance. The structure is supplied with heavy duty base plate, anchor foundation bolts, cantilever arm arrangement and internal cable routing system for safe and secure installation.
