Solar Light Pole is manufactured using high quality high tensile steel material with strong tapered or octagonal construction for superior strength, durability and long lasting outdoor performance. The pole is available in different heights ranging from 3 Meter to 12 Meter with customized top and bottom diameters as per solar lighting and project requirements. Pole thickness is generally manufactured from 3 mm to 5 mm depending upon solar panel load, wind pressure and structural design standards. The pole is specially designed to support solar panels, LED street lights, battery boxes and related solar accessories safely and efficiently. The structure is engineered to withstand high wind velocity, heavy environmental conditions and continuous outdoor exposure, making it suitable for highways, streets, gardens, villages, parking areas, industrial zones and smart city solar lighting projects. The pole is hot dip galvanized with minimum 65 to 85 micron zinc coating for excellent corrosion resistance and complete rust proof protection. Optional PU Paint or Powder Coating finish is provided for enhanced weather resistance and attractive appearance. The pole is supplied with heavy duty base plate, anchor foundation bolts, solar panel mounting brackets and cable management arrangement for safe and easy installation.
